a note from
our co-founders
As 2023 comes to a close, we look back on a year filled with unprecedented challenges and invaluable lessons.
This year, we set out with a mission to understand leadership better, talking to hundreds of leaders globally, through our Leadership:Redefined movement.
And wow, did we learn a lot – not just about leadership in the wider world, but about ourselves too.
We faced tough times and even tougher decisions. It was a year that stretched us, challenged us, and yes, sometimes we stumbled - us as a team and us personally as leaders. But with each challenge, we grew.
As we gear up for 2024, we do so full of gratitude for the lessons learned, the challenges faced, and the journey ahead.
Here's to stepping into the new year with the wisdom of the past and the excitement for the future.
love, Mahdis & Tanja

2023 for women at work
The European Council approved the new EU pay transparency directive, which requires companies to report on their gender pay gap.
To implement the principle of equal pay for equal work between men and women, EU companies with more than 250 employees are required to report annually their gender pay gap since April 24 2023.
This legislation is progressive, modern, feminist, liberal, intersectional. This is the very first step to close the gender pay gap.

As a Ukrainian, the continuation of the war into 2023 has been an ongoing challenge.
Despite these hard times, I remain deeply grateful for our team's proactive efforts, expanding our job platform to support those affected by the conflict.
I am immensely proud of the resilience and strength the Ukrainian people have shown the world. As we look to the future, I am determined to continue and grow this initiative, offering support and hope where it's needed most.
